All partners and individuals of NeurotechEU stand in solidarity with the people from Turkey and Syria after the devastating news of the earthquake that struck these countries.
The partner university of NeurotechEU, Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey, although not geographically affected by the disaster, is still in deep mourning, as almost all university citizens have relatives and acquaintances among the victims of the earthquake that hit ten cities and influenced about a fifth of the Turkish population (15 million people) and several of the university's students have also been tragically affected in the earthquake.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the victims and with all who lost their loved ones.
