NeurotechEU Communication Staff training: Understanding each other, sharing what works, shaping what’s next
NeurotechEU is pleased to host its upcoming Communication Staff Training in Nijmegen, as part of the alliance’s ongoing effort to strengthen coordination, coherence and impact across partner universities. Building on the momentum of the previous training held at Karolinska Institutet, this new edition further reinforces the role of communication as a strategic driver within the alliance.
This three-day programme will bring together communication officers, dissemination staff, crisis management actors and WP5 contributors. It is designed to facilitate alignment of practices, foster peer learning and support the co-development of concrete outputs contributing to WP5 deliverables.*
Objectives
- Strengthen Strategic Alignment :
Ensure a coherent and coordinated communication approach across the alliance, while maintaining adaptability to local institutional contexts. - Share Operational Practices :
Provide a structured space to exchange on local dissemination strategies, communication workflows and crisis management approaches, identifying scalable and transferable practices. - Update of the Communication Strategy Deliverable :
Engage participants in dedicated working sessions to support data collection, brainstorming and drafting activities linked to ongoing deliverables. - Enhance Collaboration Across the Alliance :
Reinforce connections between communication professionals and stakeholders, supporting a more integrated and efficient network.
What to Expect
- Roundtables and Peer Exchange :
Participants will present and discuss their local practices, enabling comparison of approaches and identification of common challenges and solutions. - Workshops and Case Studies :
Interactive sessions, including crisis management scenarios, will provide hands-on experience and practical frameworks directly applicable to participants’ roles. - Strategic Working Sessions :
Dedicated time will be allocated to collective reflection, data consolidation and contribution to WP5 outputs. - Networking Opportunities :
The programme will facilitate direct exchanges between participants, strengthening professional relationships across institutions.
