APPLY NOW for the Internship Program at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul!

The NeurotechEU Internship Program at Boğaziçi University offers undergraduate and master’s students from the NeurotechEU alliance a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience in cutting-edge neuroscience and neurotechnology laboratories. The program is designed to provide immersive laboratory training while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting early-stage researchers in developing both technical and scientific skills.

Between June and August 2026, selected students will join 14 research laboratories across multiple departments, working closely with academic mentors on ongoing research projects. Participants will be integrated into active research environments and gain experience in experimental design, data collection and analysis, scientific communication, and collaborative research culture across various fields, including molecular biology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, and neurotechnology.

The internship program is open to 26 students from NeurotechEU partner universities. 

Applications open on 19 December 2025, and close on 31 January 2026. 

Results will be announced by 15 March 2026. 

There is no participation fee for the program; costs related to any additional events organised will be covered by Boğaziçi University, and participants are encouraged to apply for a scholarship through their home university to support their stay.
