NeurotechEU at local fairs and festivals in Bonn, Germany: International Study and Internship Abroad Fair, Campus Festival and Science Festival

Once again, the International Study and Internship Abroad Fair (SUPA) of the University of Bonn took place on Wednesday, 24th of May 2023. Bonn’s NeurotechEU Project Office and Student Council team was present with a stand to talk to students interested in the different mobility programmes with our partner universities, such as Summer Schools and Blended Intensive Programmes.

For the first time, NeurotechEU also had a stand at the Campus Festival on Saturday, 24th of June to inform students and the general public about NeurotechEU, raising awareness for the project. The Campus Festival is the summer festival organised by students for students at the University of Bonn. A colourful social programme, cool music by young artists and good food ensured a vibrant atmosphere. Bonn’s NeurotechEU Project Office and Student Council members educated festival attendees about opportunities to get involved in NeurotechEU, while also providing information about the various mobility possibilities available to students. 

Last but not least, NeurotechEU took part in the Science Festival organised by the University of Bonn on Sunday, 9th of July. The prorectorates, the six transdisciplinary research areas and the clusters of excellence of the university presented themselves. All students, university members and citizens of the region were invited to enjoy this day together and experience science up close. In addition to a diverse stage programme, there was a family science rally and many exciting hands-on activities for all age groups.
